The pillows were small and lumpy, and there were hardly any blankets. We could get extra pillows or blankets for an extra fee. We tried using the internet, but the connection was slow.
In the morning, we were woken up by sawing at 7:30. When I complained to the front desk, they denied that there was any construction going on. I found the person doing the work. When I returned to the counter, they denied knowledge of the person, but said they would look into it. They then called me in my room and insisted that there was no one there.
My boyfriend and I then found the person doing the sawing and brought the desk clerk out there. She insisted that there were no other complaints. We got her to call the manager and the manager offered a refund of 50%. The desk clerk then messed up the refund and had to call tech support to get it worked out. Then she gave me the refund, which was under 50%, though at that point I was too tired and frustrated to argue with her over the small difference.
