Rooms and service were what you would expect from the Ritz. But , there were a few snags:
1. I was given a handicapped accessible room which was fine but the closet didn't have a bar high enough to hang trousers.
2. Parking was valet only and costs $20 per day plus tax. This is more than what I paid per day to rent a car.
3. The bill was inaccurate and included an extra day's room charge and a charge from the lounge that I did not make. (I only noticed this after returning home and Ritz accounting is still looking into these).
4. Had to wait for 15 minutes for a table for breakfast (tables were available but it looked like they were understaffed).
