My wife and I really don´t think about to go back to that hotel or even book it by internet. After waiting for about 30 min they got us a room with two double beds instead a queen or king as we ordered and had in our voucher without any excuse. When we phoned to complain about it, the recepcionist told us that this would be the only free room that they have and we should complain with the manager, Natan, and he would give us some discount.
The time that we left the hotel was too early 4:30am and we didn´t find someone to talk anymore.
Besides that it was too noise over there...:(
